How do I login to my account?

Click on the My Account tab on the Home page or click login on the ‘proceed to checkout page’. You will then be directed to your account details. Scroll down to find your account information. You’ll be able to edit your ‘contact information’, then change your details as needed, followed by clicking on the ‘continue to shipping’ button to ensure your details are changed.

You'll also be able to track your order history and get access to exclusive discounts once logged in. 

How can i pay?

At KStar7, we offer secure and convenient payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards
    We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are processed using 3D-Secure authentication, meaning your payment is verified directly with your bank through a secure link.

    Note: Credit card payments apply to all K7 ONLINE Deals orders.
  • All card payments are processed within your bank's secure environment.
  • Our 3D-Secure system adds an extra layer of protection, verifying your identity before completing any transaction.
  • Your card information stays private and is never shared with K7 ONLINE or any third party.

If your card isn’t accepted:

  1. Double-check your card details.
  2. Contact your bank to ensure there are no issues on their end.
  3. Still need help? Our Customer Care team is here to assist, and we’ll escalate any technical issues to our IT department immediately.

Once you’ve placed an order successfully, here’s what happens:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is placed.
  • Once processed, an invoice will be emailed for your records.
  • Then, just sit tight—your K7 delivery is on the way!

Do you have delivery options?

Delivery Options:

Choose our Standard Delivery with delivery times of within 7 working days for main city centres and within 8 working days for outlying areas. All orders above R499 qualify for free Standard Delivery.

Delivery Timeframes:

For Standard Delivery, expect your order within 7 working days for main city centres and within 10 working days for outlying areas. Our dedicated drivers operate during office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. While we strive to meet promised delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may affect this. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified time frame.

Office Address Delivery:

Certainly, we can deliver your parcel to an office address. Ensure you provide the address along with your full name during checkout.

Non-Arrival of Items:

If your items haven't arrived within our delivery policy's timeframe of 7–14 working days, contact our exceptional Customer Care team. Track your order using the provided tracking ID, and if concerns persist, don't hesitate to reach out to Customer Service. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Unavailability During Delivery:

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. If you won't be available during these times, contact our helpful Customer Care team. They can liaise with our courier partners to assist you. Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email confirming your package's journey.
